We are looking for an Project Admin to join our team.
What you will do
- Working with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of contracts, agreements, and expectations for major projects. 
- Assisting with proposal and quote development to include initiating, analyzing, and comparing written quotes from vendors. 
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in the ERP system and project databases. 
- Monitoring AR for assigned customers and following up on late/past due payments. 
- Maintain project plans, updating key tasks and deliverables. 
- Audits project folders to ensure all required documents are stored in proper locations and will close any gaps by finding and storing any missing documents. 
- Work with Project Manager/Superintendent to facilitate tracking of project milestones and financial deadlines in the field environment 
- Prepare purchase requisitions for approval and assist with procurement of materials and equipment 
- Perform general administrative and record keeping functions 
- Assist with the production, management and maintenance of structured cabling system standards and specifications. 
- Facilitates invoice payments from clients and to subcontractors· 
- Prepares client and subcontractor change orders, monitors, controls and reports on the financial performance of projects. 
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree/Masters in Electrical Power/Telecommunication or other related field. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- Chinese speaking preferred 
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint & Access, a must. 
- Previous ERP or procurement experience, preferred. 
- Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively. 
- Ability to succeed in an often fast-paced environment, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. 
- Proven track record of reliability and responsibility. 
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
