The Role

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our Sydney office. You will work on a variety of projects — from large-scale commercial and hotel developments to bespoke residential and interior design — and provide accurate and detailed drawings to support our design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction drawings, technical details, joinery drawings, and 3D visualizations.
  • Translate design concepts into clear documentation across multiple project types.
  • Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations, and interior layouts.
  • Coordinate drawings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Ensure documentation complies with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Support design development by providing technical input and updating drawings during all project phases.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and contribute to project records.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of drafting or design experience.
  • Proven experience across commercial, hotel, residential, and/or interior design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and building regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative with strong communication skills.
