About the role
We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic person to join our Tax Group in Sydney as an Executive Assistant.
This is a permanent, full-time role and an opportunity to join a team that's in its early stages, helping to build its culture and ways of working.

Your Responsibilities:
- Help Managing Directors in Tax with seamless calendar and travel management.
- Handle time and expense reports, as well as draft and polish correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and organise meetings of all kinds, either in person or virtual, and complete with meals, gifts, and anything else as needed.
- Be a go-to connection for Employees, Senior Execs, and External Stakeholders.
- Welcome new hires with a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the likes of IT, HR, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to help keep everything running like clockwork.
- Help plan and pull off social events and special projects that bring the team together and keep the energy high
What You'll Bring:
- 1-2 years' experience as an EA/PA, or experience in a role where you bring transferrable skills, ideally with exposure to working in a corporate environment.
- The willingness to build strong relationships and become a go-to, trusted teammate everyone loves working with.
- Experience working with the MS Suite (particularly Outlook). Any exposure working with Salesforce and Concur would also be a bonus.
- A self-starter attitude with a team-player spirit, always ready to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
- A positive vibe, a great sense of humour, and a passion for creating a supportive team culture.
