The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Survey Data Assistant to join our research and operations team. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals who want to build experience in data handling, survey administration, and research support. The role is fully remote, with regular check-ins and online collaboration across our team.

You will assist in managing survey responses, preparing reports, and supporting our People & Culture team in delivering accurate and insightful workforce data to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and organise survey responses across digital platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency when coding and entering survey data.
  • Assist with the preparation of basic survey summaries, charts, and trend reports.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to identify incomplete or inaccurate survey entries.
  • Support the survey design team by testing forms and questionnaires before deployment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive workforce information.
  • Provide administrative support to project leads and research coordinators.

About You

  • Diploma or degree (or currently studying) in Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field — bonus, not a must.
  • Prior experience with surveys, data entry, or administration is valued but not required — we welcome graduates and early-career starters.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms).
  • A proactive learner with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
