About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our Ranger and Emergency Services team – the person who keeps things moving smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our community feel heard and supported.

Each day you'll

  • Answer enquiries via email and a busy phone line.
  • Coordinate with rangers to delegate work and resolve local law matters.
  • Process infringements, registrations, applications and other matters.
  • Provide a high level of administration for the team.
  • Contribute to protecting community safety and wellbeing.

About You

You're someone who:

  • Has strong administration and data entry skills and can keep multiple tasks on track at once.
  • Is confident and calm when handling difficult or emotional customer situations.
  • Loves working in a team but can take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Is adaptable to change and happy to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ideally has experience in compliance, enforcement, or local government (bonus points if you know the Dog Act from the Cat Act).
  • A current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) is essential.
