Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Strata Administration Services | Myaree | Full-Time

Strata Administration Services is a proudly West Australian owned and operated business providing professional strata management services to a broad and growing client base.

We're currently looking for a friendly, well organised Front Line Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our Myaree office. This is a front of house position with scope to assist across general administration and office support tasks.

As a warm welcome, you'll receive a personalised Yeti Rambler drink bottle, Brooks Glycerin running shoes, and a pair of Pluffi slides — a small reflection of how we value wellbeing, comfort, and individuality.


About the Role

This is a varied and team-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to our strata management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Greeting clients and contractors at reception
  • Handling mail, couriers, and general office coordination
  • Assisting with digital filing, data entry, and client document management
  • Supporting admin staff with general tasks and overflow work

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is approachable, proactive, and able to manage a range of responsibilities in a fast-paced office.

You'll bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and welcoming phone manner
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
