About The Role
The Sales Development Specialist is a remote role focused on qualifying potential clients and setting high quality appointments for our sales advisors.
Key responsibilities include attending booked discovery calls, pipeline management, identifying potential students within our database, educating them on a Career as a Buyers Agent, qualifying them and, if they meet our qualifications scheduling consultations with our sales Advisory team.
The Specialist will manage a high volume of bookings & calls, SMS, and emails daily while maintaining strong prospect and student relationships.
With a tiered compensation structure, this role offers growth opportunities and the potential for increased earnings based on performance.
We are looking for a someone that is driven to succeed for themselves and our clients and open and willing to learn and grow quickly in this fast paced, supportive, growth minded team and business.
