The Goodies is a growing hospitality group founded by Nathan & Sali Sasi and Morgan McGlone, known for thoughtful food, generous, warm service, and neighbourhood-driven hospitality. Vin-Cenzo's is one of newest venues under The Goodies umbrella and looking for a Restaurant Manager.

Role Summary

This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, requiring direct accountability for service standards, financial performance, team development, and compliance. The Restaurant Manager is expected to operate as a custodian of The Goodies values and work closely with the executive team to drive continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute all aspects of daily service
  • Lead pre-shift briefings and post-service debriefs with consistency and structure.
  • Maintain venue cleanliness, atmosphere, and service rhythm in line with venue standards.
  • Ensure all POS and operational systems are effectively utilised.
  • Manage budgets, weekly P&Ls, and revenue targets in collaboration with group operations.
  • Track labour cost and adjust rosters based on forecasted revenue.
  • Implement upselling strategies and review menu mix with the kitchen team.
  • Recruit, train, and retain front-of-house team members aligned with group standards.
  • Create and maintain a positive, professional, and accountable team culture.
  • Deliver structured onboarding, regular performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration with BOH.
