**About the Role**

In this newly created role you will deliver the Talent strategy and plans through deployment of rhythms, tools, processes and products across the business so that our people are developing their careers and, our leaders have sustainable workforce plans that help identify, develop and promote internal talent in order to strengthen our leadership pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, your key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement workforce, demand forecasting and headcount planning with the business to enable the right talent in the right roles to deliver business initiatives
- Develop and deploy talent management cycle partnering with the People Partners & business leaders for talent review, strategic workforce planning rhythms, processes and tools
- Support in driving an internal talent marketplace supporting career development
- Build strong talent planning foundations aligned to business trimester & strategic cycles to set up for the future by leading talent management cycles and developing measures of success to communicate progress with people team and leaders
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working to create efficiency
- Cultivate a learning mindset to build a clear development and succession plan to build capability & champion our systems, tools and technology for self and team

**About You**

You will bring to the role proven experience in project management, experience in Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Talent Acquisition. You have a strong collaborative leadership style with ability to gain and hold the trust of senior level executives and management.
