AP Bakery started in 2021 by a group of great hospitality owners. Now with various locations in Sydney, we are excited to be offering a position in our new restaurant opening in January 2025.

If you are looking for a fun and dynamic work environment, we want you We are looking for 2 full-time managers. One is for a new and exciting venue opening up in April in the city area, this role will be full-time, daytime only and Monday to Friday.

The second role is a supporting capacity at our newest venue in Darlinghurst. Looking for a daytime manager to manage service during the day. We have a great supervisor in place already but needing some additional support. Part-time can be available for the right person if preferred.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year experience in similar roles
- Maintain high service standards
- Worked in a quality restaurant or hotel
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
- Follow health and safety protocols, policies and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain our venue's high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- RSA (for Bread & Wine only)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, can-do and cheerful attitude, even during the busiest moments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
- Maintain service standards provided by the management team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
