**ENTERTAINMENT MARKETING MANAGER**
**THE ROLE AT KINGS EXPERIENCES**

This is a one-of-a-kind role that has become available to join Kings Experiences which is an entertainment agency bringing an out-of-the box twist and niche experience to transform any event into an unforgettable moment. We are on the hunt to bring together a team of passionate and imaginative individuals to showcase performances to the Australian eye.
We have just started our next project at ARQ Sydney to rejuvenate the most iconic nightclub venue’s entertainment back to it’s former glory and better, and we need your help Whilst maintain the LGBTQ+ energy from the venue, we are looking for an all-round, creative and enthusiastic individual to join our ever-growing team where your voice and your dreams are heard and made true. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all of the creation of engaging content strategies, promotions, thinking outside of the box with great humour and personality, and building new innovate ideas whilst continuing with the brand consistency.
Working alongside the Events Manager & Directors of the company, you will be first-hand managing the curation of the marketing campaigns on social media, dealing with the brands that we collaborate with, and also our designated PR agency to ensure we are getting the most and best exposure.
Due to the nature of the business, there will be times where you work alongside the Directors of Kings and the Events Manager as a team to assist with other potential research or organisational duties.

**MAIN DUTIES**.
- Collaborate with the other departs within Kings such as the marketing, sales and promotions and the Directors to discuss, research and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement
- Being super organised and creating an upcoming calendar of events which include the shows that will be hosted
- Create a variety of materials across different channels such as print, digital, social, EDM, website and partnerships to market events and the Kings service by writing content, being creative and designing different promotional materials using photoshop
- Be involved within the management of budgets for the campaigns and measure effectiveness
- Be super organised and be across all of the projects and events that Kings are involved in
- Building relationships with media outlets, our chosen PR agency, and our collaborations
**DESIRABLE**
- No ideas are a weird one, at Kings your voice is heard so be creative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using different marketing platforms
**ESSENTIAL**
- An affinity for the mission, creativity, passion, vision and work of the Kings Experience and a passion to play a key role in shaping and achieving the success
- A minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with proven ability to work flexibly under pressure, to prioritise and to meet deadlines
- The ability to work collaboratively and form effective partnerships internally and externally.
- A genuine and demonstrable commitment to maintaining the broadening of cultural diversity and access across all areas of Kings Experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
