Vin-Cenzo's is the next chapter for one of Sydney's most beloved neighbourhood restaurants — the reinvention of Bar Vincent — now under the leadership of The Goodies group (Bar Copains, Bessie's, Alma's). Reopened in August 2025, Vin-Cenzo's brings a fresh take on European-Italian dining with a sharp wine list, a confident kitchen, and a warm, neighbourhood spirit.

We're searching for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager with a sharp eye for service and a passion for food, wine, and people.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help shape and lead:
  • Daily service operations, including open and close procedures
  • A thoughtful, high-energy service style that reflects our values
  • FOH team culture — training, mentoring, and growing your crew
  • Seamless coordination between floor and kitchen
  • Venue standards: compliance, presentation, cleanliness and systems
  • Rostering, labour targets, and team performance

About You

  • You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven venue and is ready to take the next step in your hospitality career. You bring:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a premium dining environment
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style
  • Strong understanding of floor operations and team development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine love of food and wine culture
  • Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
