About the role

Join our thriving team at Mint Plumbing and Relining as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Bondi Beach, NSW office. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and care. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development. Ideal candidate will have a background with trade/plumbing experience.

What you will be doing

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, providing support
  • Book customer jobs via our CRM system (ServiceM8) accurately ensuring inbound call tracking and all other data entry details are noted
  • Job allocation (dispatch): Managing new or rebooked jobs on ServiceM8 dashboard while considering time, location and service excellence
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage testimonials and client reviews
  • Support the Tradesman in their plumbing operations while at job i.e. live schedule management

What we are looking for

  • Previous CSR experience in a customer-facing role is
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
