About the role

We are seeking an experienced A Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are the main point of contact between the company and its customers, providing support via phone, email.

Join our team - we're hiring for two positions: one
permanent
and one
12 month max term contract
.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Provide product or service information and guidance to customers.
