Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Roseville, NSW. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to phone calls and emails, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive rapport with customers.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in providing a high standard of Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in the sign, display, printing, or graphics industries is a plus but not essential as training will be provided
