Based near Blacktown in our brand-new luxurious offices, our team is currently looking for Customer Service Representative

This permanent position is based on site and is full time

Duties of a Customer Service Representative

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order processing, liaising with origin agents, confirming freight bookings and tracking orders for timely delivery.
  • Providing shipment quotes and setting up shipments.
  • Monitor customs clearance, following up on missing documents and requirements to complete clearance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client issues.

  • Cargowise knowledge
