What are we looking for?

We're looking for part-time applicants available during our peak hours of 9:30am to 3:00pm, for a minimum of 20 hours per week across 4 or 5 days. These hours are ideal for parents, students and anyone looking for daytime or school-friendly shifts that leave your afternoons free. We're also open to full-time applicants.

The day-to-day

Here's what your day will look like:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care.

  • Provide tailored solutions to help customers overcome significant hardship and financial challenges.

  • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Maintain accurate records and use company software to manage customer cases.

  • Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture, where teamwork thrives.

What do you need?

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has exceptional customer service skills and genuinely cares about helping others.

  • Experience within a call centre environment is highly regarded.

  • Is self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can pick up new systems and software with ease.

  • Previous experience in hardship and debt recovery (highly desirable but not required)

While experience in hardship, collections or financial services is a bonus, it's not essential — we're all about potential and passion
