Overview
Village Motors is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join our growing team in Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will have relevant F&I qualifications and automotive industry experience in finance and insurance within a high-volume brand, with a customer-focused approach when offering F&I options to our customers.
Responsibilities

Present, introduce and sell all Finance and Insurance products.
Work closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals.
Manage the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents.
Maximize sales results for the dealership.
Achieve F&I targets.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance & Insurance within the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needs.
Responsibility and accountability for achieving F&I targets.
A professional and positive attitude.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally.
A hands-on team player who is not only office-bound.
5-day working week including Saturday with a 4:00 pm finish (weekday RDO).
An attractive remuneration with unlimited earning potential; training and development; support from a highly experienced team and senior management.
