Overview

Village Motors is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have relevant F&I qualifications and industry experience in finance and insurance within a high-volume brand, with a customer-service focus when offering F&I options to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Present, introduce and sell all Finance and Insurance options
  • Work closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals
  • Manage the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents
  • Maximize sales results for the dealership
  • Achieve sales targets
From You
  • Experience in Finance & Insurance within the automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needs
  • Responsibility and accountability for achieving F&I targets
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Interpersonal skills, building and nurturing strong relationships internally and externally
  • Hands-on team player who is not only office bound
  • 5-day working week including Saturday 4pm finish (weekday RDO)
