We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to join our team. This hands-on role will focus on managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and graphic assets that reflect our brand identity. You'll be involved in all facets: from ad creation and copywriting to content scheduling and performance analysis. You will work directly under the Marketing Manager to support and execute all aspects of Gingerlilly's digital marketing and graphic content.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, managing, and scheduling content across all digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email newsletters.
- Design digital assets such as social media visuals, website banners, email graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for ads, social posts, and email campaigns
- Edit content (photos and short-form video) for the website and social media channels.
- Stay up to date with current digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to keep content relevant.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and support business goals.
Key Attributes & Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, social media, graphic design.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with another fashion brand where you can show how you achieved the growth
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing.
- Basic video editing skills including cuts and trims are required
- Attention to detail.
- Experience managing paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite - TikTok is a plus.
- Experience with Klaviyo and SEO is favoured and Shopify or similar platform is highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow

- Australian work rights are required for this position
