We're searching for an exceptional Customer Success Manager who lives and breathes client success, loves building long-term partnerships, and thrives on seeing campaigns turn into real-world results. You'll be the trusted guide for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and excited about the work we do together.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the day-to-day relationship for your client portfolio, becoming their go-to partner for strategy, support, and success.
- Collaborate with our SEO, content, and advertising teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Run monthly client review sessions, sharing insights, results, and recommendations that build confidence and momentum.
- Spot opportunities for improvement across client accounts, ensuring campaigns continue to evolve and perform.
- Support onboarding and ensure every new client's start with HeartBeat feels effortless and exciting.
- You'll report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with our Account Manager and Digital Strategist to deliver exceptional service and measurable results.
- You've got 5+ years' experience in client management, customer success, or account leadership, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- You're a natural communicator who builds trust quickly and can turn complex digital results into simple, valuable insights.
- You understand the mechanics of digital marketing - SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, campaign reporting - and can confidently discuss strategy and performance.
- You're proactive, detail-driven, and commercially astute, able to anticipate needs before they become problems.
- Experience with ClickUp, Go High Level (GHL), or similar project and CRM systems is a bonus.
- Above all, you're calm, kind, and capable - the type of person clients love working with and teams love collaborating with.
