About The Role
Generation Life is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, digital marketing content, and data-driven strategies.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing digital content, shaping and implementing marketing technologies, integrating AI into marketing workflows, and enhancing customer experience (CX) and user interface and experience (UI/UX) design. You will also be responsible for driving SEO and intent search strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings, all while enhancing the customer journey.

You'll collaborate with a talented group of Marketing professionals dedicated to enhancing customer experiences, mapping the end-to-end customer journey, and implementing content and user interface strategies. The team is highly collaborative, results-driven, and focused on leveraging technology to streamline workflows, increase engagement, and optimise our digital presence.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in integrating AI and technology solutions into our marketing strategy, improving UI/UX design, and creating digital content that resonates with our target audiences. You will executing initiatives around customer onboarding, retention communication, and journey optimisation, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and a consistent, engaging experience across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities:
Content development and implementation:
Drive the creation of content that resonates with financial advisers and clients. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce engaging materials that enhance our digital presence, support customer onboarding and retention, and improve user engagement across all touchpoints.AI integration and marketing workflow
: Partner with marketing and technology teams to strategise and implement AI solutions that streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enable data-driven decision-making. Develop AI tools to provide actionable insights for campaign optimisation, customer targeting, and journey enhancements.SEO and intent search strategy:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve content visibility. Focus on intent-based search, aligning content with user needs, keywords, and long-tail queries to drive relevant traffic. Analyse performance data to optimise website rankings, engagement, and customer interactions.UI/UX design and implementation:
Design and implement user interfaces and experiences for Generation Life's digital platforms, ensuring brand alignment, usability, and performance. Collaborate with multimedia designers and developers to create seamless experiences across websites, landing pages, and adviser/investor portals that support onboarding and retention.Collaboration and cross-functional support:
Work closely with marketing, IT, and distribution teams to ensure marketing technology strategies align with business objectives. Provide technical guidance and best-practice support to team members in leveraging AI tools and digital solutions effectively.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on AI integration, UI/UX design, digital content development, SEO, and intent search strategies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, or a related field.
- Strong ability to develop and execute digital content strategies across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, onboarding and ongoing adviser and investor communication, email campaigns, and social media.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and technology teams.
