Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Sharp & Carter Marketing Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Australian business providing innovative products and services to customers across diverse industries. With a strong focus on growth, sustainability, and continuous improvement, they are seeking a digitally savvy and creative Marketing & Brand Associate to help elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a marketer with 2–3 years of experience looking to step up into a more independent and impactful position. You'll manage social media scheduling, content creation, brand campaigns, and reporting, while also contributing ideas to enhance the company's online presence and market reputation.

Working closely with senior leaders, sales teams, and external suppliers, you'll play a key role in ensuring consistency of brand messaging, creating engaging content, and supporting marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Create engaging digital assets using Canva and other tools.

  • Assist with website updates and contribute ideas for ongoing improvements.
  • Monitor social media and web analytics, providing insights and monthly reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate small-scale design and printing needs.
  • Support events with marketing materials and promotional kits.
  • Explore and utilise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.

About You

You're a proactive, creative marketer with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You enjoy balancing hands-on content creation with strategic brand support, and you're eager to grow your expertise in digital and campaign marketing.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong skills in Canva (or similar) and experience across social platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp or WordPress.
  • Interest in AI and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
