MIFF seeks a strategic, results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Lead to work in a high-energy, small and collaborative festival team.

The Digital Marketing Lead is a key role within the marketing team and is responsible for executing MIFF's digital marketing strategy, delivering digital campaigns across paid, earned and organic channels to generate engagement, reach new audiences, drive revenue and maintain MIFF's strong brand identity.

This includes eDM campaigns and analytics; social media scheduling, delivery, administration and reporting; creating digital assets; assisting with digital advertising; and managing photographers, videographers, influencers and content creators.
