Role Description

The Mortgage Processing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves assisting clients through the mortgage application and approval process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. The specialist will collaborate with clients to assess their financial situations, work closely with lenders to obtain approvals, and maintain ongoing communication to provide updates. Additional duties include providing exceptional customer service, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams to support mortgage-related processes.

Qualifications

Must have Mercury/Aol data entry experience

  • Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages
  • Strong knowledge of finance and financial lending principles
  • Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Sydney, NSW
