Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Mortgage Specialist based in Australia.

You will work directly with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver mortgage solutions that help them own sooner and save on interest.

You will also help new clients discover smarter lending strategies while providing outstanding customer service and relationship support.

We are looking for candidates located in Australia, ideally with the flexibility to collaborate online and in person when needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry is not compulsory; training and support are provided.
  • Understanding of mortgages or financial products is a plus.
  • Strong drive to learn, grow, and help people.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid/remote environment.
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and/or a Bachelor's degree.
