, we're rewriting the rules of non-bank lending. We partner exclusively with Mortgage Managers, providing flexible wholesale and white-label lending solutions that help them stand out in a competitive market. As we continue our growth, we're looking for an energetic
Mortgage Servicing & Sales Associate
to be the backbone of our lending operations and the go-to person for our Mortgage Manager network.

The Opportunity

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships. You'll be supporting brokers and Mortgage Managers by ensuring loan applications are processed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication is clear at every step.

Key Responsibilities

· Support Mortgage Managers and their distribution network with loan application lodgement and follow-up

· Liaise with credit, operations, and settlements teams to drive files through to approval and settlement

· Provide accurate product and policy guidance to our distribution partners

· Provide strategic mortgage lending solutions, guide the structuring of complex applications, and review submissions for precision where required

· Act as the first point of contact for queries, troubleshooting issues with professionalism and urgency

· Build strong working relationships with brokers and Mortgage Managers to ensure seamless service

About You

· Experience in mortgage lending, broker support, loan processing, or credit assessment

· Strong knowledge of residential lending products, structures, and compliance

· Deep understanding of the mortgage industry, including market trends, lender products, and distribution channels

  • Experience in loan structuring and writing home loans

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· A clear communicator who can simplify complex credit requirements for brokers

· Proactive and adaptable, with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
