About the Role:

As a Servicing Mortgage Broker, you'll be at the forefront of assisting our existing clients with their mortgage needs, guiding them from application to settlement. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Our goal is to help grow the individual from a Servicing Mortgage Broker to a Standalone Mortgage Broker with your own portfolio of clients to manage.

This opportunity allows you to build a business inside a business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique financial goals and needs.
• Educate clients on various mortgage products, interest rates, and terms, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, gathering necessary documentation and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of mortgage applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with accountants, financial planners, and other referral partners to generate leads and referrals.

What we are looking for

• Relationship Builder: You excel at creating meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and partners.
• Self-Starter: You're driven, with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously grow your income and expertise.
• Qualified Professional: With at least 1 year of mortgage broking or lending experience and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, you're ready to hit the ground running. Experience with complex deals is a bonus—but your passion and commitment are what truly count.
• Must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

Note: Lending specialists working with Banks/Credit Unions who are looking to build their career in broking are welcome to apply.
