Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Sydney, NSW, for a Mortgage Loan Processor. The Mortgage Loan Processor will handle loan processing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of mortgage loan applications. Responsibilities include reviewing financial information, coordinating with underwriters and lenders, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the loan process. The individual will work closely with the team to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including familiarity with Mortgage Lending practices
  • Experience with Loan Processing and handling mortgage-related documentation
  • Underwriting skills for evaluating financial information and assessing loan eligibility
  • Understanding of Loans and associated financial products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • A relevant qualification or experience in finance, banking, or a related field
