We're on the hunt for a Mortgage Broker in Sydney, NSW who's hungry to grow their career, build great client relationships, and be part of a team that's going places.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to uncover their financial goals and deliver tailored mortgage solutions
  • Guiding clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to settlement, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Working closely with lenders and industry partners to secure the best possible outcomes for your clients
  • Staying sharp on industry changes, products, and regulations to give your clients the edge
  • Playing an active role in growing Harrow & Co. through referrals, cross-selling, and your ability to deliver results
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar financial services role
  • Solid knowledge of mortgage products, markets, and regulations
  • Proven track record of hitting targets while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to work with clients and lenders alike
  • Comfortable using mortgage software and CRM systems
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience in asset or commercial highly regarded
  • University educated highly regarded
