Melbourne Seafood restaurant located in Collins Street next to the Regent Theatre is looking to employ a Sous chef who is able to start immediately.
You will be required to run operations of the kitchen in the times the Head Chef is away.
Must be able to work weekends
Thorough understanding of all sections of the kitchen
Follow covid safety standards
Be able to work in a team based environment.
Ability to work at a fast pace during peak periods
Maintain stock levels of your section and proactively work with the team to determine goods to be ordered in.
Knowledge of Seafood is preferred
Ability to work in the pans section
Able to work Tuesday - Sunday
