Melbourne Seafood restaurant located in Collins Street next to the Regent Theatre is looking to employ a Sous chef who is able to start immediately.

You will be required to run operations of the kitchen in the times the Head Chef is away.

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Thorough understanding of all sections of the kitchen

  • Follow covid safety standards

  • Be able to work in a team based environment.

  • Ability to work at a fast pace during peak periods

  • Maintain stock levels of your section and proactively work with the team to determine goods to be ordered in.

  • Knowledge of Seafood is preferred

  • Ability to work in the pans section

  • Able to work Tuesday - Sunday
