We currently have an opportunity for a
Facility Coordinator.
Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in the effective delivery of office and administrative functions related to a premium commercial facility located Parkville and ensuring efficient support to the Facility Manager and Account Manager. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Day-to-day supervision of the Work-order time-lines within the responsive repairs/maintenance of the Client.
  • Provide some supervision through daily phone liaisons with the In-House Service Teams, Contractors and Subcontractors when required.
  • Monthly reporting and the analysis of information will need to be undertaken. Sound computer skills, specifically in Microsoft and other business specific database applications are required.
  • Take full accountability to achieve contractual obligations around timing & communication to ensure work-orders are closed within Contract KPI's, and ensure that all relevant paperwork and associated site files are complete, maintained and accurately fed back to the business.
  • Take full accountability to process payroll information into the payroll system, ensuring times for employees are accurately fed into the system and maintained across the contract.

What You'll
Bring

  • Engineering/Project Management Business stream studies/qualification, preferred.
  • Extensive experience working with and managing contracts.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects is critical for a project coordinator.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP & Payroll processing.
