About the role
As the Facilities Coordinator – Hard Services, you will provide leadership and direction to contractors, managing the day-to-day compliance and risk-related activities associated with building and civil maintenance, as well as projects and minor works for Tradeflex's clients throughout Australia. In this role, you will liaise directly with contractors, management, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery in accordance with client agreements.
This role plays a strategic role in the Facility Service Department, ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed effectively and efficiently. Your focus will be on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
About You
You're a highly organised and detail-driven individual with solid experience in facilities maintenance coordination or risk/compliance in the built environment. You're confident working with multiple stakeholders and can independently manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Your background includes:
- 3+ years in facility coordination, contractor management, or related areas (desired)
- Essential safety measures experience (desired)
- Familiarity with essential services, OH&S, and environmental regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and facility systems
- Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills
- Analytical and troubleshooting capability, with high attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced service delivery or client-facing environment
- Knowledge of facility maintenance or construction practices (desired)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or facilities management (desirable)
