This hybrid role blends
Sales (audience & attendee outreach) and Partnerships (brand collaboration & sponsorship)
: giving you a front-row seat to how a modern events startup builds momentum, relationships, and revenue.

What You'll Do
- Research & Outreach:
Identify and map potential attendees, sponsors, and collaborators across Sydney's tech, SaaS, and business ecosystem. - Community Building:
Bring the right professionals into the room: senior sales, commercial, HR, L&D, and People & Culture leaders who align with each event's focus (SalesHaus and PeopleHaus). - Personalised Outreach:
Craft and send engaging, thoughtful outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and DMs – ensuring every invite feels curated. - Partnership Enablement:
Support the creation of sponsor decks, partnership proposals, and pitch assets. - Event Operations:
Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, and day-of logistics to deliver a seamless attendee experience. - Creative Collaboration:
Join strategy and brainstorming sessions with the Founder and key partners. - Brand & Storytelling:
Work closely with our brand and content team to ensure consistent storytelling across touch-points. - Experience Design:
Contribute ideas to make our next LiveHaus experiences (SalesHaus and PeopleHaus) truly unforgettable.

Who You Are
- A Sydney-based student or recent grad who loves people, conversations, and creativity.
- Confident communicator – written and verbal.
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about events, storytelling, and the Australian startup & business ecosystem.
- Bonus: Prior experience in student clubs, sponsorships, or marketing projects.
