Are you passionate about weddings and events? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a motivated Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at one of South Western Sydney's most sought-after wedding venues.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Base + Commission (OTE $70K–$100K+)
Start Date: Immediate or negotiable
Our venue is renowned for hosting unforgettable weddings and special events, offering elegant spaces, picturesque surrounds, and exceptional service. With growing demand, we're expanding our team to continue delivering extraordinary experiences to our clients.
The RoleAs our Event Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for couples and clients. You'll guide them from enquiry through to booking, showcasing our beautiful venue, understanding their vision, and tailoring packages to bring their dream day to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries and conduct venue tours
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the booking process
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Achieve monthly sales targets (commission-based incentives)
- Coordinate with the event operations team to ensure seamless event execution
- Attend bridal expos and industry networking events as required
- Proven sales experience in hospitality, weddings, or events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A passion for weddings and delivering memorable experiences
- Confident, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Available to work weekends and evenings as required
