FreshFood is on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and caffeinated Sales Representative to join our Sydney team. With the exciting launch of our latest innovation – frsky RTD Iced Coffee – we're ready to shake up the beverage scene. We're after a sales gun – someone who's not just confident, but thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and owning their territory. If you're bold, energetic, and know how to walk into a room and make things happen, this is your moment.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a thriving territory across Foodservice, HORECA, and Retail, working with top-tier distribution partners and making a real impact.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years' experience in a Sales Representative role
  • Proven beverage distribution experience, ideally within FMCG
  • A strong track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you get things done
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – people listen when you talk
  • Commercial acumen – you know how to spot and seize opportunities
  • Existing relationships in Foodservice & HORECA? Even better
  • A target-smasher who thrives on hitting and surpassing KPIs
  • And yes – a genuine love for coffee and high energy is a must
  • Experieriance using CRM software. (We use Woolloo/Salesforce)

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the State Manager NSW/ACT & QLD, you'll:

  • Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure frsky is always in the spotlight
  • Build and grow strong relationships with customers in your territory
  • Drive sales across existing accounts and bring in new business
  • Occasionally visit independent retail stores
  • Hit the road for regional business development trips every 2–3 months
