How will you support our "Why?"

• Uphold our customer service standards and achieve call handling targets
• Address technical assistance requests via phone and electronic channels
• Determine our business customer needs through effective questioning and product analysis
• Resolve technical and non-technical issues within established Service Level Agreements
• Conduct research using internal and external resources when necessary
• Assist internal and external field staff with fault and installation inquiries
