• Experience in the telco industry is helpful, but we value transferable skills just as much
• Experience of effective leadership, management, and development of leaders
• Experience developing performance and functional reporting
• Passionate about customer service excellence and have clear and approachable communication
• Dedicated to driving a supportive, enthusiastic, and engaging team culture
• Familiarity with customer service principles
• Proficient computer skills
• Skilled in negotiation and innovative thinking

How will you support our "Why?"

• Lead, develop, and coach your team for improved performance and succession planning
• Supervise a medium to large team, collaborating with team leaders to meet organisational needs
• Manage team performance, working closely with staff to achieve targets
• Plan resource requirements within your team
• Contribute to enhancing regular procedures and support systems
• Follow Aussie Broadband's policy to escalate customer complaints
• Coordinate daily operations with Team Leaders & Aussie Experts, including scheduling and managing leave approvals
