Project Manager

Overview of the Position:

To succeed as our Project Manager, you'll bring proven experience in fit out, strip out, or construction projects. You'll know how to motivate and guide internal and external trades and stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines with confidence, and handle the moving parts of multiple projects with calm efficiency.

Familiarity with Deputy, Buildxact, and Xero will be highly advantageous, but more important than any system is your ability to lead people, build trust, and keep projects flowing smoothly

• Proven project management experience in fit out, strip out, or construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide site teams
• Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication skills
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines
• A commitment to safety, accountability, teamwork, and client satisfaction

An understanding of Deputy, Buildxact and Xero will be highly advantageous in this role.
