Whilst we specialise in flameproofing plant and machinery, we also perform a range of expert modifications including design and manufacture of attachments and upgrades.

About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for an 'Office All-Rounder' who loves wearing multiple hats to join our team based in Dandenong. If you're great with numbers, love keeping things organised, and enjoy being the go-to person for getting things done, then this role is an ideal fit.

Key responsibilities include:

·      End-to-end sales admin support from answering phones to processing work orders and assisting with quotation admin;

·      Accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing and various other bookkeeping tasks though MYOB;

·      Pricing and stock support including job/cost analysis, ordering and tracking parts;

·      General reception duties and PA-style coordination as required; and

·      Financial analysis/reporting for major projects and operational decision-making.

About You

The successful candidate will come with previous experience in bookkeeping including exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll along with proficiency in MYOB and Excel. You will be comfortable juggling tasks and switching gears with strong organisational and communication skills, and great attention to detail.
