About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team in Dandenong South. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to various departments within the company. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a conduit between operations team and Finance, Accounts, HSE and Tenders teams
  • Generating Invoices and Managing Accounts Relievable (AR).
  • Communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with client onboarding requirements working with Safety and compliance team
  • Assist with Plant and Equipment onboarding working
  • Liaise with site supervisor to arrange installations.
  • Assist with DBYD
  • Assist with EWR's
  • Assist with client reporting requirement
  • Coordinate Trades job and make sure the projects are done and complete when the client request.
  • Keep Accounts department up to date.
  • Supporting and Reporting to Ops managers, project managers and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Support team member or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time – Self Management Skills.
  • Excellent written and High verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient with Gmail, Excel, & Outlook
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize task and work efficiently in a fast - paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.

Preferred and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction or any building industry
  • Use of different types of software, a range of experience.
  • Experience with AroFlo and or Xero.
