We're looking for an Administration and Production Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, on schedule, and running smoothly.

This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in production planning, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

Administration Support:

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Support internal communications and assist with compliance tasks.

  • Production Planning:

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.

  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
  • Track job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Proven experience in related operational/administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
