About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Administrator to join our team at Acacia Ridge. In this role, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support to maintain our contracts database and facilitate the smooth setup of new service contracts. Your work will directly contribute to the superior service levels we are known for in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your day may include a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Managing the existing contracts database, including asset/task management and invoicing.
  • Coordinating the creation and setup of new service contract including site folders.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of contract changes, negotiations, and correspondence.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support effective communication.
  • Maintaining registers, databases, and client portals by entering data (e.g., dates) and uploading service reports, client-specific documents, and invoices.

About You

You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an office-based environment.
  • Basic-Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and confidence interacting with others.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm for learning new systems and applications.
  • Experience supporting teams in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • A preference for learning on the job and adapting quickly.
