Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking multiple Administration Support Officers to work in their Trade Specialist sector. As an Administration Officer you will be key to the successful enrolment, maintenance and ongoing support for students and apprentices on various training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support duties - filing, photocopying
  • Support course preparation
  • Student management systems database and maintenance
  • Word processing, spreadsheets and data entry

When you will do it:

These roles are temporary positions available for an immediate start with a duration through to the end of this year You will work full-time hours 36.25hrs/wk during normal business hours Monday to Friday renumerated at $37.38/hr + super. These positions are based in Acacia Ridge with parking available onsite.
