About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing logistics documentation for oil collections and deliveries.
- Performing general bookkeeping and assisting with basic financial administration.
- Answering phones and emails, and providing professional customer service.
- Assisting with customer queries and coordinating bookings for oil collections as directed by the fleet team.
- Supporting the business with general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar) desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support a small, collaborative team.
