About the Role:

We are currently looking for a proactive and organised administrator to join our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane Workshop team as Maintenance Administrator.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in a Parts, Stores, Warranty, or General Administration playing a key part in keeping our maintenance operations running smoothly.

Lindsay Transport is Australia's largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. We're part of the Lindsay Group, a national leader in transport and logistics, connecting regional communities with key markets across Australia.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Daily monitoring of multiple email groups
  • Raising purchase orders for vendors Australia wide
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and warranty-related documentation
  • Support workshop and service teams with warranty queries
  • Ordering and receival of parts (previous knowledge desirable)
  • Maintaining and filing of service records

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration (automotive, equipment, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warranty systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Positive Attitude – willing to learn, grow, and bring energy to the workplace
