About the Role:
As the Practice Manager, you will be the backbone of our clinic, ensuring all administrative and operational aspects are handled seamlessly. You will play a key role in supporting our team of exercise physiologists and helping us provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities- Client Management: Handle all new client inquiries, manage bookings, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations, including managing schedules, maintaining client records, and handling all administrative tasks.
- Billing and Financials: Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Team Support: Support our team of exercise physiologists and physiotherapist by managing their schedules, providing administrative support, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Marketing and Business Development: Assist with marketing initiatives and strategies to attract new clients and grow the practice.
To ensure the success of the practice and your role, we will track the following key performance indicators:
- Client Retention Rate: The percentage of clients who continue to use our services over a specific period.
- New Client Acquisition: The number of new clients added per month.
- Client Satisfaction Score: Achieved through regular feedback surveys to measure overall client satisfaction.
- Administrative Efficiency: The average time it takes to process client inquiries, manage bookings, and handle administrative tasks.
- Billing Accuracy and Timeliness: Measured by the number of billing errors or payment delays.
- Growth in Revenue: The increase in monthly or quarterly revenue.
