Working with the team at multiple referral clinics we provide the highest standards of care to our patients in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role

Vet Vision seeks a practice manager to support our hard working and caring team so that we can focus on what we do best - delivering excellent patient care.

Our team comprises several busy veterinary specialists, with supporting nurses and reception staff, across several locations in Sydney and Canberra. You would be based at one of our locations in Sydney.

This role involves full integration with the current team and exemplary leadership. This is a full OR part-time, hands-on leadership role that requires a candidate who:

  • Has a proven track record of displaying initiative and aptitude using practical judgment to solve problems
  • Is able to work closely with the specialist vets to implement management strategies
  • Is comfortable managing with a collaborative approach, guided by our experienced team
  • Is proficient in rostering
  • Possesses prompt and clear communication skills
  • Has experience in the healthcare field, a background in the veterinary industry is not essential, but a love of the animal human bond is important.

Salary commensurate with experience.
