We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer to join a small, specialised team where you will:

  • Take full ownership of the paid acquisition strategy for one of Australia's most popular apps.

  • Personally manage and optimise a multi-million dollar budget, seeing the direct results of your work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for customer acquisition across paid social and Google App Campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise six-figure monthly budgets to drive performance and deliver on key growth targets.
  • Lead the 'test and learn' framework, running A/B tests, conversion lift studies, and new channel experiments.
  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and reporting to uncover actionable insights and inform strategy.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong preference for in-house roles.
  • Proven success managing six-figure monthly budgets in an "app-first" B2C environment.
  • Deep, practical expertise with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads (specifically UAC/App Campaigns).
  • A highly analytical mindset and a passion for using data to make decisions.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer) is highly advantageous.
