Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the legal practice, ensuring efficient management of staff, case flow, and office activities. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling client inquiries, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with financial management such as billing and budgeting. The Practice Manager will also support the legal team in client interactions and case preparations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in office management software and legal practice management systems
  • Understanding of financial management including billing, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in a legal practice or similar professional office environment is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the legal team and clients
